Hybrid Pump Jacks

The basic concept of the hybrid pump jack is a Hydraulic/Electrical regen system that provides a simple counter balance and precision speed control during the down stroke without heat build up from the energy produced by the polished rod load.  The system converts the downstroke polished rod energy into useable electrical energy, which acts as a counter blalance.  Counter balance never requires operator adjustment even as ambient temperature, well conditions or polished rod loads change.
